In Praise of Daily Lit
I'm a big fan of the DailyLit service. The gist of it is that you receive a book via email, one chunk at a time. This is a great way for me to read books, since I'm pretty good about emptying my inbox every day.
I just finished Gulliver's Travels, by Jonathan Swift. It was a very engaging read, and I would recommend the book to anyone. Looking up some archaic terminology in Travels also led me to my first Wikipedia edit, which I hope to repeat again some time soon (more on this later).
My next DailyLit book is Don Quixote by Miguel de Cervantes. This book comes in 448 parts, so there's a good chance I'll be reading it for the next several months.
